Quick help guide for the Glocalyze mobile app
Compiled from the Glocalyze Mobile App UI (25 screens) · v2.1
A mobile app for local businesses. You create a paid promotion for your offer, it runs on Instagram and Facebook to reach nearby customers, and every customer conversation that comes from it lands in one inbox inside the app.
Your brand page is your business profile inside Glocalyze — the details your promotions and customers draw from. Set it up in the Brand Setup step during signup, or skip it and finish later: view it from the dashboard’s Brand Page quick action and edit it under Brand Details in the menu. Your brand page holds:
Two contact numbers — the Brand Page Owner Contact Number (for the brand owner and support queries) and the Default Promotion Contact Number, where all leads and sales conversations are sent — make sure it’s a number your team answers.
Tap Create New Promotion on the dashboard and follow the four guided steps:
Prefer filling one form yourself? Switch to Do-It-Yourself at any point.
You set a Daily Promotion Budget (minimum USD 1/day); Glocalyze multiplies it by your date range to show the Total Spend automatically — e.g. USD 11/day × 31 days = USD 341. At checkout you pay that spend plus an Execution Fee (10%) and GST (18%), all shown before you confirm:
| Item | Rate | Example (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| Promotion Spend | Daily budget × days | 341.00 |
| Execution Fee | 10% of spend | 34.10 |
| GST | 18% | 61.38 |
| Total payable | — | 436.48 |
You are charged only when you tap Complete Payment — nothing is charged before that, and there are no hidden charges.
Have a GST number? Enter it during signup — or later under Address & Tax Info — and you can claim input credit on the GST charged.
On Instagram and Facebook, shown to people near your business. The Promotion Preview screen displays the exact placements selected for your promotion, and your objective and daily budget decide how widely it travels. Your creative also appears on the Promotion Preview screen and in your brand page assets, so you always see the final artwork before it goes live.
Reach & Visibility introduces your business to as many nearby people as possible (best for openings and buzz). Sales targets calls, visits, and orders from people ready to buy (best for clear offers and deals). Both balances the two. The objective powers both targeting and how your creative is generated — and you can pick differently on your next promotion.
Interested customers start a chat straight from your promotion. Conversations appear in the Promotion Chat List, grouped under the promotion they came from — with the promotion name, dates, and status on each group — and filters let you sort by promotion, unread, and resolved. Enquiries are also routed to the Default Promotion Contact Number saved in your brand profile.
To reply, open the chat, type your message, and tap Send; you can also upload a photo or document, or re-share the promotion creative right in the conversation. Each chat shows its source (e.g. “From: Instagram”).
Your photo and your own words go into the generator — describe colour, logo placement, or visual energy in plain language, and Glocalyze designs the final image using its pre-defined creative principles. No design skill is needed. Don’t like the result? Regenerate it or use Edit Image until the preview looks right.
Yes. The final Promotion Preview & Payment screen shows your headline, offer, dates and duration, objective, placements, contact number, creative image, and the full cost breakdown. You can go back and edit the details — including the auto-filled fields — before you pay.
Promotions — how many you have created. Amount Spent — your total spend. Leads — customer enquiries generated. Avg CPL — your average cost per lead (spend ÷ leads). Leads and CPL are performance metrics, not extra charges.
Your company name, your name, a phone number (verified by OTP), and optionally an email. Tax details (e.g. GST number, registered business name, address) are collected for billing compliance — and if you have a GST number, entering it lets you claim input credit on the GST you pay. You can skip brand setup — logo, images, address — and finish it later from your business profile settings.
Tap Raise Query in the dashboard’s Quick Actions, then Contact Support — or email contact@glocalize.com. The support team can help you with:
